Slowly But Surely
After the hiatus from my vacation I’ve been slowly getting back to working out with my trainer and it’s not as difficult as I had anticipated. I attribute that to staying determined and focused and just getting back to the gym. While I didn’t feel like I made much progress the first few weeks, I can tell my clothes are not as tight and I have a lot more energy. This is the feeling I love and it’s what keeps me going back to the gym. With the recent time change to daylight saving’s it’s been difficult to get up and yell that “yippee, I’m going to the gym!”

I'm Back on the Saddle Again
With the warmer weather and feeling so tired and lazy lately, I decided to jump back into the gym full force. I began returning to the gym but didn’t have the same drive I had a few weeks ago. So I bite the bullet and signed up with a new trainer that studied both the physical and nutritional wellbeing of the human body. He’s amazing and has been doing so many different circuit exercises that touch all my muscles in one way or another.
